How can I download the Spark app?
When and where is Spark?
Spark will be held from October 3–5, 2022, at the Omni Atlanta Hotel at CNN Center. October 3 will focus on events for FullStory Partners. General attendees who are not FullStory Partners are welcome to join the DXI fun the evening of October 3, and then attend any of the workshops, keynotes, and events held on October 4 and 5.
How much does Spark cost?
General in-person attendance costs $599 per ticket. Early bird pricing is available until July 31, 2022 for only $449 per person. Group discounts are also available–when you buy three in-person tickets, get a fourth ticket for free.
Virtual and Virtual+ options are available for streaming key Spark sessions. Virtual+ includes access to key Spark content and additional gifts shipped to your location. A totally free virtual option will also offer access to limited Spark content.
How do I register?

Where should I stay?
We have reserved rooms at the Omni Atlanta Hotel at CNN Center for Spark at the discount rate of $199 per night when you book before September 19, 5 p.m. EDT.
If you book a room at the Omni, check-in time is at 4 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m.. Guests arriving before 4 p.m. will be accommodated as rooms become available. Guest Service staff will arrange to check baggage for those arriving early if rooms are not yet available, and for guests attending Spark on their departure day.
How do I get there?
The Omni Atlanta Hotel at CNN Center is approximately 12 miles (20 minutes by car) from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (View on Google Maps).
Taxi or rideshare: Approximately $30 each way
Public transportation: Approximately $2.75 each way. Take the MARTA train north to Five Points Station. Take the westbound train 1 stop to CNN/GWCC Station. Take the escalator or elevator up and walk through the CNN building to the hotel entrance.

I’m a journalist. Can I get a press pass?
Yes! We will provide complimentary passes for reporters or freelancers with a press pass or industry equivalent. Please get in touch at spark@fullstory.com to request attendance.
Will the event have food?
Yes. Monday’s welcome event will serve hors d'oeuvres and drinks. Tuesday will feature breakfast, lunch, snacks, and hors d'oeuvres. Wednesday will include breakfast and lunch.
How do I indicate my special dietary requirements?
When registering for the event, please use the field asking for a list of dietary requirements to detail your needs.
Is there an online version of the event?
Mainstage content will be livestreamed for Virtual and Virtual+ attendees, including keynotes, guest keynotes, and panels. Virtual+ attendees will also have access to five additional breakout sessions.
What is your COVID policy?
In all cases, we ask that you do not attend the Spark event if you answer “yes” to any of the following questions:
Have you or anyone that you live with tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 10 days?
Have you or anyone you live with experienced any of the following within the past 10 days: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, or a sore throat?
Have you, to your knowledge, been in close contact with anyone who has tested positive for or exhibited any of the above symptoms of COVID-19 in the past 7 days?
Is your temperature currently at or above 99.5 degrees Fahrenheit?
Have you traveled by sea (cruise) anywhere or traveled to any country that’s a Warning level 4 (CDC Travel Notices) within the past 14 days and/or are you required to quarantine as a result of any country, state or local guidelines relating to quarantine and testing before and after travel? We will continue to monitor local, state, and federal policies and adjust our policies to provide the safest environment possible for the event. We appreciate your patience and understanding and look forward to seeing you in October.
Please note that if you did answer “yes” to any of the previous questions, we are happy to provide you with a refund. Please reach out to spark@fullstory.com, entitle the email “I need a refund,” and someone from our team will process the refund.
