FullStory is looking for an experienced Senior Partner Manager to lead the charge in expanding and deepening our network of leading Digital Experience service partnerships and technology partnerships within the UK, Nordics and across the wider EMEA region (excluding DACH). You will use a mixture of regional knowledge, relationship skills, analytical expertise, and collaborative selling to engage in value creation partnerships across the growing Digital Experience Intelligence services landscape.

To further accelerate FullStory’s explosive growth and partner-first strategy, we are rapidly expanding our EMEA ecosystem of technology, agency and services partners who are leading the way in building and optimizing enhanced digital experiences for our diverse set of mid-market and enterprise clients.  Reporting directly into the SVP Ecosystems and Partnerships, you will initiate, build and own relationships within a network of targeted regional and global technology, digital agency, and DX service providers, with a goal of developing joint business opportunities for both FullStory and partner-led value-added services, while expanding client reach and value creation within FullStory clients.

Where it's safe, travel will be required 25% of the time.

Day-to-day you’ll:

  • Build and manage a lead referral pipeline within an existing partner portfolio to ensure attainment of partner driven revenue targets.

  • Identify and recruit industry leading solution and agency service partners across the region to join the FullStory partner network.

  • Act as a trusted business advisor to a portfolio of digital experience, analytics, and eCommerce system integrators/consultancies in the region, including local representation of global agency holding companies (e.g. WPP, Omnicom, Publicis, Dentsu).

  • Support complex co-sales opportunities with our sought after accounts, develop co-marketing activities for mutual benefit, while providing our service partners with ongoing product, service, sales and market support.

  • Evaluate local technology partnerships in support of regional client needs and technology partnering strategy, along with deeping our work with local division of global technology relationships (e.g. Google, SAP, etc).

  • Manage business development activities with your partners, coordinating joint go-to-market efforts between partner teams, marketing, and the FullStory sales team.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience of partner management, channel sales, account management, or agency sales experience in a client-facing role with a proven track record of achieving new business and/or revenue targets.

  • Has experience building and influencing relationships with multiple stakeholders at all levels of management (e.g., managing directors, consultants).

  • Has experience working with or managing a portfolio of digital marketing or digital experience agency relationships.

  • Has experience building and leading new business development initiatives.

It would be amazing if:

  • You have direct experience in a digital analytics-related SaaS or service (agency) business.

  • You are a fearless networker who thrives in social settings, operating out of your comfort zone and can be highly adaptable in a rapidly growing, fast-paced environment.

  • Are incredibly passionate about improving digital experience, with a desire to be constantly learning and growing as a analytics and Digital Experience professional.

  • You have a passion for understanding how digital insights can help improve product and client experiences.
